on THE PUG FUEL FILTER AT THE BOTTOM THERE IS AN ALLEN KEY UNDO AND THEN SIMPLY POP NEW FILTER IN WITH NEW SEALS. THEN SIMPLY PUT BACK TOGETHER TIGHTEN ALLEN KEY ON TOP OF THE FILTER IS A LITTLE PRIMING PUMP KEEP PUMPING FOR A WHILE AS THIS IS DRAWING THE FUEL BACK INTO THE FILTER. THEN TRY AND START ENGINE IF WONT START PUMP A LITTLE MORE AND TRY AGAIN.
