Try heating the bolts. Hopefully, as the heated bolts (which has expanded on heating) cools down and contracts, the corroded bond will have been broken. Try spraying with WD40, or dabbing on diesel, while the bolts are still hot.

How can I remove rusted toilet bolts effectively?

To remove rusted toilet bolts effectively, you can try using a penetrating oil like WD-40 or a rust remover solution. Apply the oil or solution to the bolts and let it sit for a few hours to loosen the rust. Then, use a wrench or pliers to carefully turn and remove the bolts. If the bolts are still stuck, you may need to use a hacksaw to carefully cut them off. Be sure to wear gloves and eye protection when working with rusted bolts.

Simply remove the wheel and the brake caliper. You remove the caliper by taking out the two bolts in the back of the caliper. The rotor just slides over the five lug bolts like the wheel (or rim). It may be stuck with rust and corrosion so you may have to use a little force to pop it off.
