On a 1994 Volvo 850 GLT, the engine cooling fan is typically controlled by fuse 4. This fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. If the cooling fan is not functioning, checking this fuse for continuity is a good first step in diagnosing the issue. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific details and fuse ratings.
You can find the location under the cover of the fuse box. If you don't see it right away, it's found under the name "Stop Lamps." If you don't have the list available, it's located on slot 12 and takes a type 10A fuse (Red Fuse with the number "10" on it.)
Is it not on the inside of the fuse-box cover?
