No. However, since breasts are made up primarily of fat, losing weight will make them smaller.
Lately I have been doing a lot of crunches, and my boobs have gotten smaller. Try doing situps instead!
You need to hold your stomach in when doing crunches. If you push your stomach out the muscle will shape that way.
No
Doing crunches won't make you bloated, it will help burn belly fat and gain abs. Eating junk food will make you bloated and fat.
Do lots of sit-ups and crunches Okay no. All that will do is build up your layer of muscle. Your stomach goes... Muscle, fat, and then skin so by doing crunches and sit ups all it does is make your abs bigger. Not burn fat. By doing this u will ultimatly end up looking bigger than before.
Not possible... do crunches the entire hour?
Yes, doing crunches will help with the overall conditioning of your body core - which is part of the driving force needed by your legs,
Doing crunches does not make you skinny. Eating less calories than you burn and being active (cardio exercise) will make you skinny.
Do Exercise daily half an hour...
What makes your stomach large is something called glucose which is found in white breads and pasta. Try sticking to whole wheat foods. Also sodium retains water which will make you look and feel bloated so try staying away from high sodium foods such as lunch meat and frozen meals. Doing stomach crunches and sit ups will also build muscle and rid fat off your stomach
Yes it does, and it rots the lining of your stomach so badly it will ulcerate and cause excruciating pain.
What NO WHY WOULD IT
It depends what you mean by bad? If you mean your stomach appears larger after exercise this is due to increased blood flow to your abdominal area. The reason for this is because those muscles now need more oxygen, glucose, amino acids and various other molecules and compounds to help it work and take away waste substances such as CO2 etc. All that crunches do is build up your abdominal muscles but just doing crunches will most likely NOT lead to a 6-pack! You need to do cardio such as high intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn away the fat and reveal your abs. Also doing ab crunches alone will not lead to a very visible or strong abdominal muscles and core. You need to do a variety of abdominal, oblique and core exercises. Basically in no real way is it bad to do ab crunches if you have a lot of belly fat. You just need to make sure your doing cardio, playing sports or doing resistance exercise 3 times a week to ensure you have a visible, toned abdominal area which is also strong. Before I forget DIET plays a big part!! Make sure you are getting plenty of raw fesh fruit and veg as well as protein with every meal and that your eating at regular intervals throughout the day. NOT 3 meals but 5 or 6 smaller meals. Limit your in take as much as possible of White bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. Replace it with wholewheat pasta @ rice, wholemeal breads and new or baby potatoes.
