your abdominal muscles will always be prevalent even before you reach muscle maturity. you may have to work out more and keep your diet on a tighter shift than a 20 year old, however, because your natural testosterone wont start kicking in for a while.
make sure you dont just do crunches and situp-like exercises. these generally only work out the upper abdominal and can give your core a "turtle shell" shaped look. you need to do leg lifts and bicycles for lower abs and possibly torso rotations to work out obliques and your v's. this will pin your abdominal muscles back and give you a flatter stomach.
diet is key though. keep on a good diet and a good routine and you can essentially be as big as you want. ive seen some incredible transformations even in 17 year olds.
100 push ups a day oh and for girls my number 494-1778

well there kids they run and play. My brother does sit ups and he has a six pack.
You don't need a six pack. Be friends with her and see if she falls in love with your personality. Any guy could get a six pack, but not every guy is a good guy.
The price of a six-pack of Bud Light can vary depending on location and store. On average, you can expect to pay around $7 to $10 for a six-pack.
Do a lot of crutches and sit-ups
yes, i had one when i was 10
I know people that my age that have a "6 pack" but can't do 20 crunches. My advice to you would be to just try and live healthy. o get a six pack, its really simple, eat very small amounts of calories and work out hard at the gym everyday... (obvoiusly eat enough to survive on) the ratio is 80% diet, 10% gym 10% determination and commitment!
I have no idea, just keep doing your exercises to keep your 6 pack i guess
The abdominal muscle is one muscle that has connective tissue on it that creates the 'sixpack" effect... So I really doubt it if he has a 10 pack or if it even exists...
