I have always like fruits and salads etc. We always have fruits and vegetables readly available in our house. Make sure she drinks lottsa water to stay hydrated. I like nuts like pistachios and I think those have a decent amount of protein in them as well as other nuts. Meats are good to. hope that helped...

If he doesn't like your weight, he's not into you. You might want to try weight lossprograms or starting a Vegan diet. I recommend mostly a Vegan diet. Look up what Vegan is if you don't know. You'll be surprised. If that doesn't work for you, try and find clothes that look good on you, but make you look less over weight. Well, the main thing is to be healthy. You might not be particually wighty, but if you eat right and excersise (carefull not to overdo it) then you shoul dbe all right. However, for the sake of your question, a healthy weight is generally around 60-120 lbs. But if you're more or less, as long as you are healthy, it doesnt matter. Really. IM one of them.
