No, the chest press machine and bench press are not the same. The chest press machine is a piece of equipment that uses a guided motion to target the chest muscles, while the bench press is a free weight exercise that requires stabilizing the weight yourself.
No it is not although it works almost the same muscles. Bench press is when you are on the bench laying on your back and lifting the weight. Chest press is when you sit on the bench and push the weight forward while your arms are parallel to your chest at a 90 degree angle from your elbows.
The 2 best chest exercises in my most humble opinion are the bench press and weighted dips. These are compound exercises. As for isolation exercises, one may also want to try doing flyes with dumbbells and a pec deck machine. The bench press, which is one of the Big Five Barbell lifts has variations such as the incline and decline bench press which hit the chest muscles at different angles.
Essentially the same. The Bench top is a shorter and often slightly smaller version.
nothing i know of is exactly the same for the core but a very similar exercise is the bench press for the chest and arms
Bodyweight? I can think of only the press up. There will be many variations, but the only chest exercise using your own bodyweight is the press/push up. A press up uses exactly the same muscles you would use benching, and so is the perfect exercise to use if you can't bench for a while or want to work your chest at home etc.
you can do push ups with a wider than shoulders space between wrists or you can do floor presses with either dumbells or barbell..the same excercise with bench press but on the floor...also you can do dumbell flies on the floor

you can do 2 thangs to get your chest stronger and harder. 1) you can do push ups 2)you can bench press. i am 16 i do 50 ever night and bench 340. and my chest in hard as a rock. (note) you do it 3 days a week you get the same results as you do it all week, so only do it 3 days a week. p.s don't push your self to hard. and one more thong you don't get a harder chest in 4 day's keep it up on 2 weeks youl get good results
Yes, it is generally safe and effective to perform bench press and deadlift on the same day in a workout routine, as long as proper form is maintained and adequate rest and recovery are incorporated into the routine.
Not much about the same of a 15 year oldanorexic girl.
Those are just different names for basically the same thing.
What does the scientist's house look like in soul silver and same with the machine.
