Weight lifting supplements can be broken down into three basic categories: general health supplements, strength/muscle recovery supplements and pre-workout supplements. While you don't need to take weight lifting supplements to see progress, the right ones can definitely help.
Most people, non-lifters and lifters alike should take general health supplements to ensure optimal functioning of normal body processes. Those who are just beginning to lift need not worry about taking anything else (except maybe whey protein) until they have already learned how to make significant progress using a proper routine, correct weight training exercise technique, and most importantly a sound diet plan & sufficient sleep/recovery. Only then, should new lifters experiment with strength/muscle supplements and pre-workout supplements.

First gym: Rock type. Use Water. Second Gym: Fighting type. Use Flying or Psychic. Third Gym: Electric type. Use Ground. Fourth Gym: Fire type. Use Ground or Water. Fifth Gym: Normal type. Use Fighting. Sixth Gym: Flying type. Use Ice or Electric. Seventh Gym: Duel Rock/Psychic types (it's a Double Battle). Handle with Water and/or Dark/Ghost types. Eighth Gym: Water type. For some, the fact that they are paying to use the gym is a good motivation to use it every day, whereas if it is at home, they may not use it as religiously. Also, for some it can be a social experience, if you visit the gym with friends or make some when you do, which cannot be easily obtained at home.
One can use any kind of hip hop video when exercising at the gym. However, if you are looking for really up beat hip hop videos to keep a beat and maintain motivation while exercising at the gym, any song by milli vannilli, TLC, or Salt N Peppa would be a good choice.
All you have to do is beat gym leaders then the allow you to use HM's out of battle but ether before or after battling the gym leader. Good Luck!

You will receive it buy a girl waking aorund the fifth gym. When you beat the gym leader you will be able to use fly, but you're have to beat the gym leader before you get hm02(fly) by the girl outside of the gym. Good luck
I don't know if it is legal, but i know that it is wrong. Just use your gym membership, it's not as bad as you think. It's actually a good thing if you have a membership.
Its always good to have a range of diiferent type Pokemon. If you have any Pokemon that the gym leaders Pokemon are weak to then you should use them.
