Excercice will effect all the muscles that are being used druing your workout. Excercises like jogging, biking, hiking etc. will improve your cardio. wich in general is your heart. Your heart will be able to pump more blood with less beats thus allowing you to run longer and faster. If you excercise on a daily basis for one hour , it'll guarantee you a better and longer life. There are many other benefits of excercise, so many actually that i cant even name them all but those are a few of the great benefits of excercise!
