After 30 minutes aerobic on a Bowflex Treadclimber my systolic pressure dropped by 50 - from 144 to 94 and the diastolic by 20 - from 85 to 65. The effort was fairly intense - sweating after 13 minutes for more than 17 minutes. Others' experiences would be interesting. Please email to kk@rpf.com thanks

I believe so.
Stroke volume: Stroke volume is the amount of blood ejected per beat from left ventricle and measured in ml/beat. Stroke volume to its highest during sub maximal exercise and doesn't increase during maximal exercise. The greatest increase of stroke volume increases in the transition from rest to moderate exercise, during maximal exercise stroke volume doesn't go over its peak of 120 - 140 per minute Starling's law states that the stroke volume is limited towards the venous return, of which is the amount of the blood that is available to enter the left atrium and pass to the left ventricle
Aerobic exercise
he symbol for an atmospheric pressure of 1076 millibars and steady. State the letter of the correct answer.
slow, smooth, and steady
Steady air pressure refers to a consistent level of atmospheric pressure that remains relatively unchanged over a period of time. It indicates stable weather conditions with little to no fluctuations in barometric pressure.
To breathe normally and effectively during physical exercise, focus on taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to maintain a steady rhythm and avoid shallow breathing. This will help deliver more oxygen to your muscles and improve your performance.
