Fat loss can only happen from your whole body, not single zones. You can gain fat everywhere by getting an office job and eating McDonalds. You can lose it everywhere by eating well and getting regular exercise. But you can't shrink one alone. You actually can just work on one area to make it slimmer and firmer. I suggest that you do things like alternate lunges and lifts. Lifts are where you lie down as if you are about to do a sit up but instead you lift your pelvis so from your shoulders to you knees are in line. I advise that you do about 10- 15 or maybe 20 reps of that, the advanced version of that is where you have a stretchy band around your knees and as you lift your pelvis you are also working your outer thighs by pulling that band apart, the band just creates resistance for a better workout.
