ive been trying to find an answer to this myself...ive found just one source which said 16KG but i was looking for some others to confirm it. it seems pretty accurate though
i was in a competition recently which involved kettlebell swings with a 24KG kettlebell and i was struggling to get the 30 reps out doing them in bunches of 3-5
im strong for my weight im pretty small only weighing 69KG
anyway im happy with what ive found (16KG) because it excuses my from having such difficulty with a 24KG kettlebell
