Transcendental Meditation is a scientific technique that is practiced by all types of people from all social backgrounds and religions. I have practiced Transcendental Meditation since I was 10 years old - I am now 23 and I never saw any sign of the organization being a cult. TM is great tool for me to be successful in everything I do.
