To get a six pack you need to build up your abdominals so exercises like: sit ups, crunches, crunch with a twist, side ball crunch (on a fitness ball) this is good for reducing love handles and the plank. Also for some nicer ones try sitting in the sit-up position with your feet elevated and your hands reaching just beyond your feet or lie on your back with your toes in line with your knees and you knees in line with your hips and hold for 2 minutes (its normal to start shaking)
Well it is not the food that gives you a six pack. It is more a combination of correct diet+exercises+determination to follow through! And it is not that easy to be consistent and do what you tell yourself to do! Like perform those exercises, eat that type of food and so on.
