Kids need to stay active for a few reasons. The main reason is they are energy filled machines, they need to get exercise to use their energy to focus in school and sleep good. Also child hood obesity is a major problem facing many U.S. children, just a few hours of exercise and staying active will enable kids to stay a healthy weight and live a healthy life. When kids are not active they will become over hyper and cannot focus or follow directions well. They are also at risk to become obese if they have a poor diet and get no exercise that's why kids need to stay active.
