How do you get spouse to confess to a past affair?

Answer Why is having your spouce confess to a past affair so important? If you know about it and she doesn't want to talk about it, then perhaps it's better to move forward than stay in the shadows of the past, wouldn't you think?

Ask yourself if you can live with knowing that. Also ask yourself if you will want to throw it in her/his face if you ever get into an argument? Will you be able to look at them the same way? Do you still love them the way you did before you knew that? Do you still believe them when they say they are going to the store or their friends house, ect? Do you think you can trust them still? Could you consider that maybe they are just as sorry about it as you are? Do you think they are really sorry and are begging for forgiveness since they admitted it and split it off with the other person? Maybe all they need is a second chance, there must be something there...you married them for some reason, is that still why you are married to them, or do you have to thing about why you're still where you are? look through his phone see who he is calling then say "so who have been talking to today" if he says nobody or my job or my mom HE IS LYING TO YOU
