How do you know you have found your soulmate?

I've known my wife for around 40 years and we have been happily married for nearly 32. I think the simple answer is not 'can I live with him/her for the rest of my life?' but 'can I live without him or her'. If the answer to the second question is 'no' then you are well on the way. We like the same stuff, laugh at the same things, and share life together - the good times and the bad. We have rows but making up is part of marriage and a way of strengthening your bond. We know each other so well now that we have grown to think alike, often doing the same silly things on the spur of the moment, withoout the other knowing until we realise that we have done the same thing. My wife is also my best friend - and someone with whom I share the day-to-day things of life - as well as the marriage bed. Jesus commented on marriage - that two people become as 'one'. So if you feel any of the above for someone and he or she feels the same as you then yoou are well on the way to finding your soulmate. ---- ---- I feel everybody in the world has ONE person who fits them perfectly and if they were to meet, they would automatically be fancinated by each other, and they would never fight and would have the perfect life.

A soulmate would be hard to find, proberly in a completly dfifferent country. Not many people find their soulmate, but if you did find them, you would know instantly. Its all a test to see how far love can travel.

You can be perfectly in love with someone who isn't your soulmate, but the relationship wouldn't be perfect in all ways possible.

My soulmate is out there, somewhere. He could be in India or Canada or Antarctica.

Every single person in the world has the perfect match.

Well thats what I feel, anyway.

You know you have found your soul mate when there is always a connection in your heart, and soul no matter where life takes you, no matter how many situations life drags you through, no matter how many life lessons that get choked down your throat again and again you always can feel that person, smell that person, close your eyes and they are there. When you love that person so much that even though it hurt more than life itself, you let them go....... always hoping they would return, praying they were safe, and dreaming they never left.
