Scotland is part of the United Kingdom and uses the British pound sterling as its currency. Exchange rates change every day so any answer posted here would be out of date almost immediately. While it's not Answers.com policy to say "use the internet", that's the best approach in this case. You can check a site such as www . xe.com, CNNMoney, etc. for the latest conversion factors.

Note: the Bank of Scotland does issue some of its own bills, but they're denominated in pounds. While they're legally interchangeable with British bills, merchants in other parts of the UK are often reluctant to accept Scottish bills.
