According to the health authorities that I've recently researched online; as my daughter left her roasted turkey in her oven overnight. . .the general opinion is that after TWO hours if not refridgerated - and also unstuffed, wrapped well etc. That the turkey/chicken etc. is already developing bacteria that WILL NOT be destroyed by reheating again. Altho' I did see the minority which said that it could be reheated to at least 165 degrees or boiled........but I personally wouldn't want to take the chance.
Roasted turkey should not be left unrefrigerated for more than two hours.
Cooked turkey should not be unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. Less time is better.

Potentially hazardous food should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. Less time is better.
That will depend how long you left it unrefrigerated. Cooked food should not be left unrefrigerated at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any longer than that - consider discarding it.
