Vitamin A and D fortified skim milk is most certainly available in CA.

Most milk in the United States is fortified but this wasn't the question being asked. I have also been on such a search for enriched skim milk. This is skim milk that has added calcium and some other minerals added to it. Generally 2x more calcium then regular milks. It is thicker and made white so it is more visually pleasing.

It tastes better then normal skim milk, much the same as 2% milk and is great eaten on cereal unlike watery tasting skim milk. In Fresno and other surrounding areas I have not seen it. Call or write to your local milk producing dairy and ask them to add this to their product line.

If there are enough letters to folks like Producer's in Fresno they might be open to starting this line of products. Enriched Skim milk tastes great and you can feel good about drinking it. It is an easy way to get rid of saturated fats and cholesterol. It is a great nutritional choice. If only California Dairies would would let Californian's get as happy as the cows by letting us have this choice. Great question!
