Short answer, NO. Even chicken that has been properly frozen (allowed to freeze quickly and from all sides, in proper wrapping or containers, in sub-zero temperatures) only keeps about 6 months to 1 year. Really, the meat you get in the supermarket is only good for that long or shorter even if you freeze it right. If the chicken was cooked before freezing, you would be looking at even less time, probably 2-4 months.

When in doubt, throw it out.
