hi :) actually the funny thing is I'm a new grower of planting bell peppers lol I was actually wondering if you could possibly help me out :) please! but anyways when the plant starts producing the flowers on the bell pepper plant the let it grow to a good size if the size seems to not change then pick it just try to measure them at least once a week :) thanks
