No, the legal age of majority with the exception of four states is 18. In Alabama and Nebraska it is 19, in Mississippi and Pennsylvania it is 21. But with parental permission you can or if emancipated by the court or through marriage.
It depends. You could move out with your parents permission, but if they won't let you you have to go through the emancipation process. In order for the State you live in (assuming this is question is coming from a US teen), there has to be a very good reason to be emancipated (ie, you are being abused) and you have to prove that living on your own would be more beneficial to you than moving in with a relative.
no not unless you have parents consent
or if you get amansipated
In the Sims 2? In the Sims 2 Apartment Life you cannot get an apartment as a Teen without hacks or mods. By 16 do you mean teen?
No not by law only if your 16 or you have a reason (such as parents are abusive ) then take it to court.
It depends where you live and on your laws and regulations.
