There are many versions to this urban legend. Some are even involving the grizzly death of a previous art teacher, but none of them can be backed. Something like a high profile murder, like the one described in at least one legend, would have records.

There are also stories of The Smurfs being Marxist, KKK, homosexual Propaganda, Satanic, misogynist, and even Zombies. In the end, they were just a children's cartoon by a guy that was onto something.
