You have to beat the elite four so u can use the pal park enter ruby,saphire,or emerald in the gba slot. transfer regirock,registeel,and regiice and bring the all to the temple. put regirock in the 1st slot, regiice in the 2nd slot, and registeel in the third slot. then click on the statue and u will instantly battle him. b sure to: have about 5 timer balls, 50 timer balls, and bout 15 ultra balls. or u cood just have a master ball. b sure to save the game b-4 u click on the statue. hope this helps
