Write on the Browser address line the last part of the email address (which comes after the sign @?. For instance: ifyour email address is Peter@yahoo.com, you have to type www.yahoo.com.

Next press ENTER.

You are now at Yahoo.

Click on mail within that page. Then type in your user name and password and ENTER. :)

There are many different email address's you can sign up for but the one that i recommend for new email people would be Hotmail because its simple and most commonly used. To get a hotmail account goto http://www.msn.com click hotmail then sign up and fill in the information that's needed. Now you have your own email!

email addresses are things people can contact you through if you give them it. Many people have an account (so when you log on using your email address you can read all the messages or mail people have sent you) on hotmail. But many people have email accounts on other things such as Yahoo mail or g-mail (google mail) and lots of other things.

To get an email address you get onto what you want your account to be on. For example if you wanted an account on hotmail you go to hotmail.com and you will get a page saying sign up and underneath is how you log in. Look around until you find it says dont have a windows live ID (which is the same as an account or email address something along those lines) then it will say sign up. Then all you have to do when it pops up make up an email address and choose whether you want .com at the end or .co.uk or @LIVE.com which ever one you want. Then just answer the questions. Then whenever you want to sign in go to wherever you made your account (hotmail yahoo mail or whatever) go to where it will say sign in and type in your email address and the password you chose.
