In order to get the objects in the Safari Zone, you will need to show Baoba the Geodude and Sandshrew that you have caught but they need to be caught from within the Safari Zone. He will then give you a call through the Pokégear after you wait awhile. The call happens by chance. After the first phone call about the objects, he'll keep calling you to tell you that he's added more until he's given you everything.

You can in the safari zone, but you have to do a couple things for the warden first. He'll actually give you the safari zone and later on he'll call you telling you he has some news for you about being able to place objects. When you are able to place objects, put 21 'peak' objects (small rock, large rock, and/or mossy rock) at a wetlands zone then wait 70 days to get shelgon and breed to get bagon. Or at a Swamp zone, put 9 'forest' objects (tree, stump, and/or branches) and 19 'peak' objects (small rock, large rock, and/or mossy rock) and wait 110 days to get bagon. Hope this helped!
