Well, you know the whole finding a shiny randomly is a 1/8192 chance per battle right? Well, whatever your chain is, that is your chance .So basically what I'm saying is, if your chain is 40, your chances of finding a shiny is 40/8192. so if you go past 40, that does improve your chances of finding a shiny

What are the chances of catching a shiny Pokemon if you breed a shiny Japanese Pokemon with a shiny American Pokemon in Pokemon white?

It doesn't matter in any way if the parents are shiny or not, it has absolutely no effect on the chances of a shiny offspring. When breeding two pokemon from different locations (such as one from Japan and one from the US) the shiny chance increases by six times, in Black and White (5 times in the other DS games). So the chances with the above pairing, whether shiny or not, is 1/1366 of having a shiny offspring.

What is the chance of getting a shiny Pokemon?

That depends.Do u mean by using pokeradar or just find it randomly in the wild? - The standard chances of finding a shiny is 1 in 8192. This includes all Pokemon found in the wild, legendaries, starters, Pokemon hatched from eggs and other Pokemon gifted to you in-game. There are a few things you can do to improve your odds. If you breed two Pokemon from different language versions of the game (for example a Japanese Ditto with an American bulbasaur), the chances of hatching a shiny improve to 1 in 2048. That's still a very slim chance and you'd be spending A LOT of time hatching eggs. The other way to improve your chances of seeing a shiny is to use the Pokeradar (only in Diamond, Peal and Platinum). Using the radar you can "chain" a Pokemon. The more you chain, the better the chances of seeing a shiny are. If you can chain a Pokemon to 40, your odds of seeing a shiny are 1/200. After this point your odds wont improve any more. There's a lot more information and skills needed to become good at using the pokeradar, too much to be posted here. Can you get a shiny Pokemon by breeding?

Yes you can. Though, it is very rare. One way to improve your chances of getting a shiny Pokemon by hatching an egg is by breeding a Pokemon that is of a different nationality. This meaning you must be traded a Pokemon from a different game. (i.e. a Japanese Pokemon onto an English game) This will increase your chances by 75%.

Does breeding two shiny Pokemon make a shiny baby?

With breeding 2 normal Pokemon, the chances of getting a shiny Pokemon are 1 in 8,192. By breeding 2 Pokemon from different countries, the chances of the offspring being shiny is 1 in 2028. With a shiny female Pokemon and breeding, the chances of that Pokemon being shiny is 1 in 64. so, yes, it is possible, but it takes forever.
