10-1000 USD or so depending on specifics
As recently as two years ago on Gunlist as much as $950 was the asking price. The NRA had it in their old gun magazine section at vastly less. I have one that does not have collector value because I made the mistake of refinishing it in my youth. It is so wonderful to have something that old that still works - albeit with standard velocity shells - I don't think I would take 5 bills for mine. The 2010 copyright "Blue Book of Gun Values" thirty first edition values the pre-war model 29 slide action at $350 at 100%. (WAG)
