A couple precautions:

1) Keep in mind that it might be uncomfortable to woman, in which case, do not proceed.

2) ONLY do this after the woman is used to using these on her own. In the beginning, it will seem impossible to keep something so small inside, without falling out. (In fact, while getting used to this, it is advisable to start with plastic balls, on her own, to give her time to get used to this.) As she gets used to using, she can pull on the string to increase pressure, adding to her own pleasure. It is after this that she should be ready to use with intercourse.

If all is well -- she's been using these on her own, and as long as they are comfortable during intercourse (I can't stress this enough!):

1) Use the bathroom FIRST.

2) Lube-up the balls for comfort. Using the kind with a retrieval cord (!), insert ONE ball, similar to inserting a tampon. (Best done while lying down.)

3) Gently guide the penis and do not pound. The penis will move the ball, which is why both get pleasure -- she gets added pressure, while this technique also stimulates the penis.

4) An added fun for her, if she has not climaxed, is to introduce a vibrator. While the ball is still inserted, either use the vibrator to stimulate the clitoris, OR insert the vibrator.
