You should know that pokerus dissapears after a few days, but there is a technique you can use so you don't loose it. After the pokerus has been active for two or three days, at the stroke of midnight the Pokémon in your party will become imune and cured (they loose the virus). However, Pokémon in the PC keep the virus because the PC pauses the status of the virus. So it is actually quite simple to keep the virus going. Infect Pokémon and keep them in the PC, empty your party of infected Pokémon in the PC until midnight passes. Trust me this works, I did a lot of research on the virus when I first discovered my Pokémon had it.
