DUMB LOSER!!!!That's one move idiot!! Want a MOVESET? here:
-Surf

Jolteon is not one of the best electric type Pokemon considering the only thing good to teach it is an electric type move although you should teach it strategy moves along with an electric type move, moves like Toxic, Helping Hand would be good to teach it and Sand Attack.
There isn't a best one! It all depends on how you train it, what moves you teach it, and how much you care for it. It is best to have a balance of all types on your team though, so you'll be ready for any situation! :D
Well my Nidoking has Thunderbolt for the water types, Surf for the ground types, Megahorn for the psychic types, and Earth Power 4 the steel type. I think it's best 2 teach pokemon moves that are strong against pokemon it's weak against 2 prevent losing 2 much health
I would have to say a really good team would be: Typhlosion Dragonite Lapras Alakazam Umbreon Gyrados It may have weakness' but if you teach the pokemon the right moves than you can be unstoppable.
Granbull best move is take down, myne's can learn giga impact I'm not sure if u can teach that to ure Pokemon dig maybe u want to teach it rock smash and if u really like this move well teach it mega punch or kick
Blastoise, Starmie and Gyrados!
Lock on, Fissure, Horn drill, spore
Feed best pokeblocks to your pokemon, Teach best moves for the contest your entering and just use the right moves at the right time.
There is no strongest pokemon. The best you can do is have a balanced team with a wide variety of moves. But it could be groudon. If you teach it solarbeam, and strong fire, rock, and earth moves. it will pwn.
Whether or not a Pokemon is the best, is merely a matter of opinion. In this case, ask anyone what fire Pokemon is the best and each person will tell you a different Pokemon. Any Pokemon can be the best, if you train it well and give it powerful and strategic moves. For instance, you can level a Charmander, to lvl 100 without evolving it, and if you teach it good moves, it could essentially be the best. Likewise, if you have an Entei, and level it up and teach it good moves, it could be the best. All you have to do is choose which Pokemon you want and train it well, and it will be the best.

Well if you're going for a huge dph Pokemon then you should probably teach him the dirty sanchez, because it does 4k damage on crit.
ok so catch a feebas, which i dontkno how, boost it buety to the max and teach it some good water moves
Deoxys is the best psychic Pokemon by stats.Mew! Trust me. I have one, and it ROCKS!!! The only way you can get one is by special distribution events. The best moves you can teach it arePsycicAura SphereShadow BallFire Blast
it depends... teach it hydro pump while its a mudkip and blizzard if you can those are both good moves
Three of them is the best. But the onnly thing you should know is: Their Moves. It is important to teach them TM/HM Because If you choose the wrong TM/HM your Pokemon will eventually become weak.
The best moves for Charizard is Blast Burn, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, and Heatwave. Don't teach Charizard Overheat. Overheat is strong but your sp. atk will fell.
