Francesco Stipo is a lawyer and writer. He was born in Rome, Italy, in 1973 and resides in Miami, USA. He is a Doctor in Juridical Sciences and holds a Master Degree in Comparative Law from the University of Miami. He wrote the "World Federalist Manifesto. Guide to Political Globalization" and "United Nations Reorganization. The Unification of the U.N. System". He is also the author of the "Balanced Contribution Theory". In 1996, he appeared in different European newspapers and magazines for being the first man crossing the Strait of Gibraltar with a powered parachute (paramotor), from Tarifa de la Frontera to Ceuta, in Africa. He is a member of the National Press Club and the US Club of Rome, a global think tank.
