The body would wiegh more in air than in vaccum because as we know that there many particles in the air and so their weight whether less or more will be considered with it but in vaccum it's opposite.

What are the differences between a real spring and an ideal spring?

Real Spring: has limited elasticity (will eventually come to a rest position)Ideal Spring: will not stop and will keep going from end to endAnother Answer:Well, not quite. Even an ideal spring has to contend with air friction which will eventually cause it to stop. The formal definition of an ideal spring is simply one that has no weight, no mass, and no damping losses. In order, however, for a spring to do something, it has to do work, even if that something is in a vacuum. I'm not certain that even an ideal spring in a vacuum would oscillate forever, because you are imparting work (energy) to the object the spring is attached to.

How does the vacuum operate the headlights in a 1977 corvette?

There is a vacuum line attached to the back of the headlight switch on the dash. When you pull the switch out to turn on the lights this allows vacuum to open the light doors through rubber vacuum lines. When you turn the lights off this cuts the vacuum to the lights and a spring opperates the doors and closes them.

When running the AC what would cause the temp to go from cold to hot and the air flow to go from vent to defog for no reason?

A vacuum leak in the vacuum supply line from the engine can do that. Many vehicles use engine vacuum to operate the HVAC system. If there is a loss of vacuum to the system it will default to defrost.
