Such a system would have to be able to exchange such credits for real necessities in life such as food, shelter, heat / cooling, clothing, fuel, education, medications, and medical care--without which such credits would be essentially worthless, and would result in hyper inflation of the credits involved, then no one would cooperate in the modified / new monetary system. The system, to be free of external dollar forces, should not be tradable for any currency that is exchangable in anything that can be traded with dollars.
