, and the desperate. Everyone saw the opportunity differently, but
it was an important part of expansion Westward in the US, and it
worked well . If not, we'd all still be living in Kansa City, so
personally, I am very grateful to those hardy pioneer men and women
who eventually made it possible for us to expand to West Coast.
Those that lingered in the Plains states are still very important
to our food supply to this day . I salute each and every one of
them.
