Why are organs made up of small cells instead of large cells

Organs are made up of small cells instead of large cells to allow the organs to be not easily harmed. This way if one cell dies or is attacked then the organ will not be damaged. If the cell was larger then the organ might not be able to recover.

What is the problem when cell expands and bursts because of high sodium ion around outside

When the sodium ions are in higher concentration out side the cell, the cell shrinks. It does not expand and bursts. It can burst when the sodium ion concentration becomes very low, out side the cell.
