Yes, it's okay to wear a tampon without a pad or a liner as back-up.

As long as you know when to change your tampon to prevent leaks it's fine, but DO NOT use a higher absorbency in order to attempt to prevent leaking as this increases TSS risk. After some time using tampons you will know your flow pattern well enough to know what absorbency to use and for how long.

How do you prevent stains while on your period cause I need help?

Preventing stains while on your period can prove to be a bit difficult without proper menstrual knowledge. When using a pad, you need to change it on your heaviest days once every hour or two. When using a tampon, change it every two to three hours on your heaviest days (sometimes more often depending on the amount of blood). A menstrual cup will hold a lot more blood than either a pad or a tampon and is overall much safer than a tampon with no risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (which is caused by the massive amount of chemicals in tampons). For extra protection regardless of what you use, get a panty liner.

Do you wear underwear with spandex?

If you are male, you probably don't need to wear underwear and spandex at the same time; just wear spandex shorts. If you are female, you can wear a thong, particularly if you need to have a panty liner or tampon in.

Can you fix a brand new J Bead chanel liner that has slipped off the pool wall without draining the pool if the liner is 18 x 30 x 54?

no, you need to drain the pool to get enough liner to pull over the top. You can try to glue a new piece to where it has pulled away but the weight of the water will most likely pull it apart and if not you will have a sag there sooner or later. When installing a new liner NEVER! trim the excess away without leaving 12 to 18 inches extra, water is heavy and the ground under the pool is sure to settle some. Some areas will stretch a lot and you will need to let it out and others will sag and you will need to take it up so plan for it. Most liners will have wrinkles in the bottom and that is where you will need to get your extra from, if not then a new liner may be necessary.
