Your symptoms match those of PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which is a hormonial imbalance which causes too much testosterone to produce and may cause lack of periods. There is so much on PCOS that you can look up on the web but also talk to your doctor. It is a serious condition that may only show signs through irregular periods but can cause Uterine Cancer, Heart disease, Diabetes and infertility. It is important to get this checked out.
