You may want to find out whether or not you have endometriosis. Check out the Endometriosis Association's website at EndometriosisAssn.org or Mary Lou Ballweg's book, Endometriosis: The Complete Reference for Taking Charge of Your Health.
It just means you probably just have a stomach ache
Cramps. All over your body. You ache in pain for 28 days. You bleed, and cry.
You have head aches, cramps, vomiting, have a stomach ache, feel the blood flowing,
you may feel some discomfort with cramps and a slight tummy ache, but some over the counter meds like Midol will work wonders.
I suggest no.I got my period and I took 2 diet pills in the morning.they gave me he WORST stomach ache ever!!and I usually don't get cramps during my period so it must be the pills
It means you have cramps. I use to get them VERY bad and here is how you help yourself. My guess is that you also have PMS. Before your period when you begin to ache and hurt start to cut back on sugar ( you may crave it, but it doesn't help you) and junk foods. I would buy Mitol an over the counter pill that helps with cramps and PMS. When the cramps start drink hot tea and put a heating pad on your tummy ( you can get one of the back ache pads they sell now and wear it under your clothing ). Lie down if you can on your side. With these things your cramps will be less. I got on the pill because of the cramps and the PMS and it solved all of my problems. Go see your doctor he can also help you.
Like menstrual cramps they are dull to sharp, an ache, tugging or stabbing sensation low in the abdomen.
It's more than possible; it's a good idea. Exercise during your period helps relieve cramps and bloating.
Sometimes your period will give you signs such as: Stomach cramps, back ache, gas, discharge. Other times you will not receive any warnings at all. So always carry a few tampons with you in case it happens with no warning!AnswerThe few hours before I got mine ... I had really bad Stomach cramps... Not bad so that I was rolling about the floor and I couldn't do anything... But bad like sometimes I would have to lie down with my knee's up and stuff..
Not usually.
It pumps blood faster which in turn stregthens your heart.
The back ache, bloating, cramps, tender breasts, food cravings are all part of PMS. You can help yourself by cutting out high salt and foods with sugar. Soft drinks and high caffeine drinks are also not good. Take B12 and B6 when these things start and Pamprin or Midol will help you with the cramps and bloating. If you have cramps during your period drink hot tea, put a heating pad on your back and keep off the the sugars, caffeine, and junk foods.
