I have to tell you that, take all kind of Vitamins and their sources, if you can. But the most important Vitamin for the eye is Vitamin A1 which can be found in orange or red color fruits. Carrot, Orange, Tomato and etc. They are a good source of Carroten which is very important to switch the Scotopic to Entoptic Vision and Vice Versa, e. g. Driving in a Sunny day, immediatly entering a Tunnel which is more than 2 killometers, then again going out to Sun.

But remember! 1 glass of carrot juice or even 1 raw carrot is enough for a whole week. if you take more Vitamin A than required, there's a sickness called: Vitamin A Toxication. (Vitamin A is a Fat-Soluble Vitamin)

Please eat the carrot raw! Do Not Boil or Fry it. you will damage the Vitamin Structure!
