If you have a negative pregnancy test, you are probably not pregnant. What makes you think it's not your period? (ie. did you have a pos pregnancy test earlier?)

you are coming into the menopause stage of your life so that may be the reason for the missed period and negative pregnancy test. the likely hood of being pregnant afer having your tubes tied is pretty much none existant

you will want to go to the doctor and get checked out. since you dont know how long it took the test to change it could be positive or it could be negative

You could be having an irregular period caused by stress or illness. However, if you think you are pregnant please see a doctor. early prenatal checks are very important. i am not sure how endometriosis can effect a pregnancy but in the early stages of two of my three pregnancies i had bleeding/spotting. one was serious and i was put on bedrest to try to save the pregnancy(she is now 14), the second turned out to be a cyst that burst (he is now 12).

Yes. If you bought one of those home pregnancy test and the test results were negative wait about a week and take another. If you haven't started and the test was negative go to your doctor and have a blood test done to check for pregnancy. They are the most accurate. If it's any consulation my mother said she took a pregnancy test when she was 7 months pregnant with me and it was negative...some home pregnancy testsare unreliable...:) I find that the dollar ones from like dollar general store are the best... i took 5 of those when i was pregnant with my son after i had taken a first response and clear blue pregnancy test (which turned out neg.) and the dollar ones were right...

Yeah. I thought I was but it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. You can also be pre-menopausal and have many of the symptoms of pregnancy.

My first born is a girl and I spotted with her early in the pregnancy. My next 3 children were boys and I did no spotting with them at all. My 5th child I did some spotting around 3 months and turned out she was a girl...
