Answer A

Islam did not spread by conquest and wars. The wars exercised by Muslims were only either to defend themselves against attackers and invaders or to free the will of people under occupation and ask for Muslims help. See related question below for more information.

Answer B

Another view of a non Muslim:

The above is historical nonsense. None of the Muslim conquests was defensive. Arabia was never invaded. The Byzantine empire and the Sasanid empire were systematically attacked, brought to their knees and occupied. This is a simple matter of historical record and is based on chronicles by Muslim writers. Conversions were not, on the whole forced, but Jews and Christians were made second-class citizens. Over the years, living under Muslim rule led large numbers to convert, for a variety of reasons. The process continues today, with the numbers of Jews and Christians in the Middle East dwindling almost to extinction. That has spread the base of Islam in several populations.

Answer C

Consider Spain as example. Check the history written by non Muslims to be sure that they never destroyed a religious house (for Christians or Jews), never killed a civilian, never destroyed a tree or a house, and never forced one to convert to Islam. As for the Byzantine empire and the Sasanid empire, the two empires were much stronger than Muslims and that persuaded them to attack Muslims feeling sure they will defeat them that didn't happen and Muslims conquered them.

How did berbers spread Islam?

Berbers spread Islam through conquest and trade, particularly during the Arab conquests in the 7th and 8th centuries. The spread of Islam was also facilitated by the intermingling of Arab and Berber populations in North Africa, leading to the conversion of many Berbers to Islam. Additionally, the establishment of Muslim states in the region helped solidify the presence of Islam among the Berber communities.
