There is not word for "yet" in french. in sentences like 'are we there yet?' the yet is simply dropped, making the sentence: are we there or have we arrived?
In french: Qu'est-ce que nous sommes arriver?
However, if the sentence is: we have not arrived yet, the word encore can be used Nous ne sommes pas ENCORE arriver.
