Here are the Central Powers

Central Powers

Austro-Hungarian Empire (Austria, Hungary, and parts of the Balkan states, Bosnia, Hertzegovnia, Serbia, part of Montenegro ,and others)

Bulgaria

German Empire Germany and its states, as well as member states and colonies of its empire in Africa, Asia and the Pacific.)

Ottoman Empire (Turkey and its empire) You should look up "World War 1" in an encyclopedia. On one side were the Central Powers: Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and Turkey. On the other side were the Triple Entente of Britain, France and Russia, which came to the aid of Serbia and Belgium, and were joined by Italy (in 1915), the US (in 1917), Japan, China, and other countries. Russia's Communist government made a separate peace in March 1918 (not November 1917). The province is spelled Herzegovina. Serbia was the original victim of the Central Powers and hence can hardly be listed as one of them. Since Montenegro was an ally, it can hardly be listed as a Central Power.
