Alexander Hamilton invented/establish US Credit for the US. In 1789, the US was essentially bankrupt and credit too poor to get loans or pay them back. Within three years, Hamilton's economic system produced the nations first budget surplus. He created the first national banks under the US Constitution. He invented/set the precedent for judicial review. Hamilton was the Father of the Federalist Papers and the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia for 1787 (Annapolis Resolution on September 14, 1786). He is the Father of the US Mint, US Customs, US Coast Guard. His financial system created the flow of money that led to the creation of the New York Stock Exchange - still the largest in the world by far.
