The Harrappans were a civilization in what is now Modern Day Pakistan. Their writing system still cannot be read, because there is no way to translate it yet. They had a complex "city of the dead" called Mohenjo Daro, in which they had a complex bath system and indoor Plumbing. Their art was extremely detailed. As for their religion, they celebrated onefertility god or goddesses, depending on the region. This was unusual because almost all other cultures at the time were poly theistc. Their economy was based mostly on Agriculture. They are thought to have thrived from 6500 B.C.E to around 3000 B.C.E.
