The Marshall Plan upset the Soviet Union because the U.S. strategically utilized foreign aid to extend their control over devastated post-war European countries and to sway countries towards capitalism.
This was said to be Ronald Reagan, but some would dispute how great his influence was here.
The "communist revolution" was led by Vladimir Lenin and his Bolshevik Party followers. There were two Russian Revolutions in 1917. The February Revolution ousted the Czar, but was not a communist revolution. The October Revolution was orchestrated by Lenin and the Bolsheviks and ousted the Provisional Government set up after the February Revolution. The Bolshevik changed their name to Communists in March 1918.
An alliance with Russia would help prevent America from invading or interfering with his communist dictatorship over Cuba.
Lenin and the Bolshevik Party gained control in Russia after the October Revolution in 1917. This revolution led to the overthrow of the Provisional Government, which had been established following the February Revolution earlier that year. By the end of 1917, Lenin's party had consolidated power, establishing a communist government that would later become the foundation of the Soviet Union.
Technically speaking, no one ever set up a communist state as Karl Marx defined communism. Vladimir Lenin, after the October Russian Revolution, set up a socialist state in Russia, expecting that at some time in the future it would become a true communist state. It was referred to as a communist state because he had the name of the Bolshevik Party changed to the Communist Party in 1918.
I think we all would be upset if a communist took any of our leaders' ears.
Germany helped Lenin (a communist) get to Russia hoping that he would help to overthrow the Russian monarchy, and start a communist revolution. A revolution would mean Russia would be involved in a internal Russian war/Civil War instead of fighting with Germany
Before WWI, Russia had been ruled by Tsars, similar to Kings. After WWI, Russia was a communist country known as the Soviet Union. It would be a communist country until 1990, when it became Russia again.
The Russian Revolution

he denied it so save his people from having to become slaves to russia and become communist...because if he didnt deny it russia would have declared that they would go to war with them and that is why he denied the bill of rights
From what I've heard so far, I would not want to live in a communist state.
I personally think that if the communist party took back over Russia then the country would fall apart just like last time it has shown time and time again the only form of government that works is a democracy.
Stalin said the Marshall Plan was just a capitalist ploy to bring down Soviet socialism in general and Communist Party rule in particular. In order to qualify for aid under the Marchall Plan, a country had to pledge that it would provide a democratic form of government. This is something Stalin could never agree to, because the country would probably vote the Communist Party out of office and him along with it.
the biggest difference, was that the Jews in communist russia could surrender their beliefs and they would be accepted. in nazi Germany, if your grandfather was Jewish, so were you, no converting could save you.

The Anti-Federalists, who were called the Democratic-Republicans, and later the Republicans during Marshall's term of office, were not pleased that Marshall ruled in favor of the United States in cases involving conflicts between the states and federal governments. They also didn't like the fact that Marshall used the Constitution to strip the states of their sovereign authority.
