Good? It is morally correct to hold them responsible for their actions and failure to act as well but blame is a bad game. Not all people in Germany were to "blame" for either World War I or World War II. Some people risked their lives to go against the German rulers and military. Many helped the Jews escape or hid them. Some fled the country if they could get out. Sadly many did nothing to stop the Kaiser or Hitler. However on a good note: There were over 40 attempts to kill Hitler so some people were trying to stop him and the war. In WW II you must also remember that Japan was responsible too. The most important thing to remember is that the newer generations living in Germany did not cause that war and they should be treated kindly. Germans living in other countries should be treated kindly too.
THIS IS ALSO AN ANSWER I GAVE SOMEONE ELSE ABOUT WWI AND WHY WWII WAS STARTED.
Morally it was. Had Germany and Hungary given the Craotes and the Serbians what they wanted and needed the entire war could have been prevented and WWII also. It pays to be nice, listen to people and help them with their needs. Germany had caused not only monetary losses and losses of land they had caused the death of millions of people ... and as a result of that war and the Versaille Treaty Hitler arose and caused the deaths of 50 million more people. The Germans needed to be taught that it is wrong to "strong arm" nations and people groups and that they needed to have a democracy rather than aristocracy and Royalty / Kaisers.
It depends on which war. If you are asking about World War 1, I would say no. I think Austria-Hungary should get most of the blame. In World War 2, I would say Germany was to blame, but I will also add that other countries were headed for war anyway regardless of anything that Germany did.
Germany was forced to take all the blame for World War I as dictated in the Treaty of Versailles.
Yes because Germany invaded Poland and Hitler committed suicide so yes they should blame Germany No, no, no. You can not blame a whole country for one mans mistakes. That's what Hitler did to the Jews, and that's what you're doing to the Germans. If you want someone to blame, blame Adolf Hitler. Blame Joseph Goebbels. Blame Hermann Goering. But not Germany.
Uuuummmmmmmmmmm.......It suffered it think........ and I think that west Germany was good and had better economy.
The Jews.

It forced Germany to accept blame blame for starting the war

Germany was held responsible for World War I, primarily due to the Treaty of Versailles, which was signed in 1919. The treaty included a "war guilt clause" (Article 231) that placed the blame for the war squarely on Germany and its allies. This perception of blame contributed to significant political and economic repercussions for Germany in the post-war period.
Germany
Japan, too.
Germany was largely blamed for World War 1. The Treaty of Versailles, signed in 1919, placed full responsibility for the war on Germany and its allies and imposed large reparations on them. This blame contributed to the political and economic instability in Germany during the post-war period.
This is an opinion type question, of course. Who is to blame on how the war startedwill be different from the blame for why it was not stopped or on how the war was fought. Most historians would say that no one country was entirely to blame for the First World War. Actually most people that participated in the war would say that the cause of the start of the war was complicated and that several countries were to blame. Now after the war started, Germany's decisions can be questioned. Germany, as the military aggressor on the Western Front, could have ended the war years sooner, but it didn't. Germany can be blamed for many things, including invading neutral countries and sinking neutral ships.
