For the low beams, remove the electrical plug by squeezing the tabs on the sides of the plug and pulling. Then remove the rubber seal by working it off the housing. The "tricky" part is next. Take a good light and examine the layout of the assembly so the rest of this makes sense. The bulb holder is held in place by a wire bail with a curved piece toward the top. One has to press the curved loop toward the front of the car and apply upward pressure once the wire end is off the metal tab that normally holds the wire tight against the bulb holder. This is easier than it seems. Then pull the wire backward - it is hinged on one side of the housing - and swing it out of the way. Carefully pull the bulb holder / bulb from the housing. Remove the bulb from the holder by prying it out of the holder. Dispose of properly. Place the new bulb in the holder without touching the glass. Place holder/bulb in the housing with the tab oriented to the slot toward the top of the housing.
